During my stay, I found the hotel to be in a fantastic location, close to amenities and attractions, including Disney World. The rooms were spacious enough for my family, but the air conditioning left much to be desired as it was quite hot. The staff was friendly, but the service could be better organized. Dining was a hit or miss, and while the facilities had potential, they weren't up to par. Overall, it was a decent experience, but with room for improvement.
